As an Osteopath and Clinic Director, Jason spent years working closely with patients living with persistent back, neck and joint pain. Jason saw first-hand how deeply poor sleep and inadequate support affected not just recovery, but quality of life.
And there were two questions Jason could never answer with complete confidence:
“Which mattress should I buy?” Or “Do you know any good mattresses to help me”
It came up almost weekly. From patients in pain, from those recovering, from people simply wanting to protect their bodies long-term. Yet despite conversations with fellow Osteopaths, Chiropractors, Musculoskeletal Consultants, Physiotherapists and even Spinal Surgeons, there was no clear, trusted solution. So Jason began to look deeper.
What he found was a disconnect — a mattress industry driven more by convenience and marketing than by human biomechanics. Words like “orthopaedic” were used freely yet rarely backed by true clinical understanding. Materials like memory foam dominated the market — soft, heat-retaining, and prone to losing structure quickly — often leading to the very postural issues and spinal pain patients were trying to avoid.
The more he uncovered, the clearer it became: many mattresses weren’t designed for the body… they were designed for logistics. Easier to compress. Easier to roll up in a box. Cheaper to ship. More profitable to mass produce.
And then, by chance, Jason met Harry.
Harry came from an entirely different world – A Mattress Design Specialist. With years of hands-on experience crafting and refining mattress structures, he understood something most brands overlooked: true support is engineered & designed with specific materials.
Where Jason saw patterns of pain and dysfunction, Harry saw mechanical failures. Poor load distribution. Weak structural integrity. Materials chosen for cost, not performance.
Their worlds collided — and immediately aligned.
